The Partner Employment Working Group (PEWG) is a collaborative effort of like-minded organisations dedicated to improving employment opportunities for Armed Forces families and supporting organisations.
With a mission to find solutions and highlight the invaluable contributions of the Military Community, PEWG aims to address the unique challenges faced by Armed Forces families in building stable and fulfilling careers. Through tailored support, information sharing, and signposting, PEWG seeks to empower individuals and their families in navigating the complexities of employment within the Military Community.

HELP for ARMED FORCES FAMILIES
PEWG recognises that Armed Forces families face unique challenges when it comes to employment and career opportunities. Frequent relocations, limited job prospects, and difficulties in translating military skills into civilian roles can make it daunting to establish stable careers.
We help to identify problems and work with our partners to find workable solutions for the community.
From seeking out employment opportunities to understanding legal requirements for overseas postings, PEWG is committed to guiding individuals and their families at every step of their employment journey.

The Partner Employment Working Group CIC is made up of 15 organisations who work together to support Armed Forces familiesin their employment pathways, sharing ideas and understanding for their mutual benefit.
They also undertake to:
Run and facilitate the annual Celebrating Forces Families’ Awards
Provide support, guidance and training to the Armed Forces community and linked communities
Undergo research and comply data on behalf of MOD
Be the point of contact for Armed Forces families wanting to enter into employment and training

The Celebrating Forces Families Awards is the only award evening focusing purely on celebrating the valued support of serving military families.
The aim of the Celebrating Forces Families (CFF) Awards is to acknowledge and celebrate the resilience, the amazing triumphs families have undertaken, triumph over adversity, and inspiring career paths taken whilst being part of the whole Armed Forces community.
